PowerDesigner 16.1 Portal Search

When using search in the PowerDesigner 16.1 Portal, no results are returned for objects that exist in the repository.

I tried doing the following:

1. In the Portal, go to Settings.
2. Under Server Settings, select Search
3. Click the Rebuild Index button
4. Now search for the object

but it still doesn't work at all.
